This is a damage/defects report schedule which is generally prepared for the neighbouring properties to a construction site. The purpose of the dilapidation report is to identify any damage to the adjacent property/structures/assets due to the construction activities. Dilapidation report is usually prepared before the commencement of construction activity and after completion of the construction which is known as post-development dilapidation report. Rise Consulting Engineers provide comprehensive dilapidation reports including defect proforma sheet schedule, photograph location plans and description of the defects.
